Meet Our Founder, Amy Leung
Amy is the founder of Balanced Body Nutrition and is a highly qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner. She is very passionate about addressing the impacts of chronic stress as one of the biggest drivers of ailments and disease, and promoting resiliency to stress through nutrition and integrative care. Her areas of special interest include optimising gut function and integrity, skin health, stress balance and sleep, proactive fertility care and difficulties starting a family.

I went to see Amy as I was suffering from chronic anaemia which caused me to feel constantly dizzy, fatigued and in a general state of malaise.
