We have now been working together for a year and I am loving feeling healthier and not having to cancel plans for fear I may get ill. It is encouraging to also have the knowledge and tools to keep this up, even when life gets crazy!
Working with Amy has been an amazing process! She has listened attentively to what I want to accomplish and has supported me with guidance and detailed programmes that help me integrate health priorities into an extremely busy lifestyle. I have long suffered from IBS and other GI issues and this is the first time I’ve been able to address these issues holistically, with Amy connecting with my GP as well as addressing exercise, stress and wellbeing. She has explained all test results and recommendations in a clear and relatable way so that I can make decisions to meaningfully affect my lifestyle, even in situations that may seem difficult to control (i.e. when out with clients). We have now been working together for a year and I am loving feeling healthier and not having to cancel plans for fear I may get ill. It is encouraging to also have the knowledge and tools to keep this up, even when life gets crazy!

I cannot fully describe how different I feel! It's as if I have been living for years in an inflamed state and suddenly everything feels calm… I am convinced that the changes that you have suggested are right for me.
I cannot fully describe how different I feel! It's as if I have been living for years in an inflamed state and suddenly everything feels calm… It's particularly noticeable in my extremities. My rings are dropping off my fingers because they are not puffy. None of my joints are aching. My feet feel different. My stomach is not bloated at all. I’ve been drinking herbal tea and black coffee, but not as much coffee as I'm not constantly feeling like I need a ‘pick me up’. I've been keeping aware of how many times i'm eating fruit and vegetables each day. I feel satiated, which is a totally new feeling. I can hardly believe that I'm not constantly hungry. I really do feel calm… I am convinced that the changes that you have suggested are right for me

She went to great lengths in understanding the whole background of my illness, in order to get a picture of how to solve the problem… By following her plan, which included a sizeable list of foods to avoid and include in my diet, I was able to improve my symptoms.
I went to see Amy as I was suffering from chronic anaemia which caused me to feel constantly dizzy, fatigued and in a general state of malaise. She went to great lengths in understanding the whole background of my illness, in order to get a picture of how to solve the problem. I was very impressed by her attention to detail and excellent clinical knowledge of the human body. She was incredibly well informed about the role of the gut and the significance it plays in your general health. By explaining to her all my symptoms, she was able to use her extensive nutritional therapy expertise to give me a range of ways in which I could get better. She helped me to form some short term goals to restore normal digestive functioning which would, hopefully, in turn remedy the dizziness. By following her plan, which included a sizeable list of foods to avoid and include in my diet, I was able to improve my symptoms. She also ordered for me a range of high quality supplements which are designed to help the immune system and body function properly. Since I have been taking these supplements I have felt a great deal better.

I had very serious problems with my immune system and food sensitivities… With my wedding date looming and a demanding job, Amy's recommendations and advice helped me get back my health and rescued a potential disaster on my wedding day!
Amy has been absolutely amazing in helping me get my health and life back on track after a stressful few years of demanding work schedule. Amy was very thorough in her assessment of my nutritional and lifestyle requirements. She gave great advice and helped me to set an excellent routine of healthy eating and exercises with easy-to-follow meal plans. I had very serious problems with my immune system and food sensitivities. This resulted in horrible hives and bad acne all over my skin. With my wedding date looming and a demanding job, Amy's recommendations and advice helped me get back my health and rescued a potential disaster on my wedding day!

I've been working with Amy for the last 18 months, and very quickly she managed to help me come off the steroids and explained to me how my eating habits and general lifestyle has an impact on the condition… I am much less stressed and generally have lot's more happiness and energy.
I wouldn't go to see Amy if it wasn't for my wife who insisted I try alternative method to using potent steroid cream to treat my psoriasis and general skin problems – which I have been doing for the last 10 years. I've been working with Amy for the last 18 months, and very quickly she managed to help me come off the steroids and explained to me how my eating habits and general lifestyle has an impact on the condition. Although, I am not fully recovered, but I can control the symptoms using natural creams, appropriate food and stress control. I enjoy eating and socialising, and would never be able to go on any type of diet, but Amy helped me to adjust my eating habits to the extent that I lost about 5kg without even realising it. I am much less stressed and generally have lot's more happiness and energy. I highly recommend Amy – she is very professional and I feel I am very well taken care of and can always get hold of her, even if we haven't scheduled a consultation.

One year later, following Amy's integrated personalised nutritional programme, my blood tests show everything now within range with no medication needed.
I started my health journey with Amy in August 2016. At the time, my blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and liver enzymes were out of range. My GP was going to put me on medication. One year later, following Amy's integrated personalised nutritional programme, my blood tests show everything now within range with no medication needed. She is patient, encouraging and a good listener. It is a great pleasure to work with Amy. My next goal is to work with Amy to build more muscles so I can age gracefully.

I reached out to Amy when I was looking for a functional medicine practitioner to help my sister with her poor skin. As Amy studied at CNELM, the place where I am currently doing my MSc and nutritional therapy diploma, I knew she was the right person.
This was really important to me as I have found that a lot of nutritionists do not practice in the same evidence based manner as those following functional medicine, which I believe may be why nutritional therapists get a bad rep some of the time. It was really insightful to go along with my sister to her consultations and observe Amy at work, where I found she was professional, patient and able to lead in a very natural manner. I also asked Amy if she would guide me through my results for some functional lab tests I had asked her to arrange, as I did not feel fully confident in my ability to interpret the results at that point in my education. I found this an invaluable experience, as Amy was able to explain in depth the value and significance of each marker in a scientific and practical way, which thus helped me to optimise my health and consolidate my learning. My sister and I really appreciate Amy’s help and we would highly recommend her!
